About DISCOP EAST

Since 1991, the DISCOP Organisation facilitates audiovisual content distribution and coproduction business in 87 countries located in Central, Eastern Europe, Eurasia and Africa, with a combined population of 1,5 billion.
We produce THREE hotel suites-based annual markets:
- 1 X DISCOP EAST targeting Central, Eastern Europe and Eurasia, taking place during the third week of June.
- 2 X DISCOP AFRICAs targeting Africa, in Februay in Senegal and in September in Kenya.
These markets are centred around the preliminary organisation of individual meetings between participants representing:
* International suppliers of films, finished programs, packaged TV channels, scripted and unscripted formats.
* Programming, acquisitions, coproduction and air-time sales executives representing TV Stations, Pay-TV operators, DVD and theatrical distributors, broadband and telco operators, web portals, closed-circuit networks servicing airlines and retail points of sale, production companies and territorial agents.
* Advertisers, advertising and media-buying agencies, direct marketers.
All year-round, we service our clients with database generation/maintenance services and multilingual, telephone-based research and promotional campaigns targeting Central, Eastern Europe, Eurasia and Africa.
We also publish DISCOP LINK, a bi-monthly magazine promoting audiovisual content distribution and coproduction business in the countries that we cover.
