ABOUT DISCOP EAST 09

The 17th edition of DISCOP EAST will take place from Wednesday 17 to Friday 19 June 2009 at the SOFITEL ATRIUM HOTEL in Budapest with 2000 participants involved in audiovisual content business in Central and Eastern Europe, and Central Asia expected to attend the 3-day market.

Participants are regrouped into 3 distinct categories and must purchase a MARKET BADGE according to their activity at DISCOP EAST 09:

1. EXHIBITING SELLER @ 500 € per person
2. NON-EXHIBITING SELLER @ 800 € per person
3. BUYER @ 300 € per person

EXHIBITING SELLERS can book the following exhibits:

• Double and fully equipped screening suites @ 8000 €
• Single and fully equipped screening suites @ 6750 €
• Shared and fully equipped screening suites @ 3500 € / maximum 2 companies per suite
• Fully equipped Viewing Box on the mezzanine level @ 2000 €
• Fully equipped Viewing Box on the basement level @ 1750 €
• Fully equipped Academy Suites on the mezzanine and basement levels from 2500 € and up

- The number of exhibits is limited and DISCOP EAST 08 exhibitors can place an option on their 2008 location until Friday 24 October 2008. The costs of the EXHIBITS come in addition to the costs of the MARKET BADGES.

- 14 additional Viewing Boxes will be made available on the basement level in a new communal area.

- NON-EXHIBITING SELLERS will be provided with a numbered meeting table in a designated area on the basement level to facilitate the organisation of meetings. Each table is to be shared by 2 companies.

- NON-EXHIBITING SELLERS’ packages are limited to 100 companies.

- DISCOP EAST 08 EXHIBITING SELLERS registering before Friday 24 October 2008 are entitled to the following EARLY BIRD advantages:

• 500 € discount on the cost of a screening suite / academy suite
• 250 € discount on the cost of a viewing box
• Option to pay in 2 instalments.
