On-site registration is available at the WELCOME AREA (BASEMENT LEVEL) of the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE hotel from 9AM, June, 23.

Practical information for DISCOP EAST 18 participants

Before your departure to Budapest as we would like to provide you with these important details regarding your participation at DISCOP EAST:

• Registration, check-in and access to the exhibits will begin at 3 PM on Tuesday, June 22 in the WELCOME AREA / REGISTRATION CENTER located in the basement level of the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE hotel.
• Our ON-SITE MEETINGS ORGANIZATION SUPPORT CENTER will be open to all participants during business hours and will provide the following services:
  • Access to the list of BUYERS registered on-site and within the last 7 days
  • Delivery of text messages to BUYERS located on-site
  • Posting of messages on our electronic bulletin boards, located on every floor
  • Assistance in the organization of last-minute meetings

• Urgent messages should be left with our Paris-based assistance team available from 8 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Friday on + 33 1 42 29 32 24.
• From 3PM, June 22 you can contact the DISCOP Organization in Budapest on :
