The second edition of DISCOP ISTANBUL will take place at the conveniently located  INTERCONTINENTAL CEYLAN HOTEL, from Tuesday 28 February to Thursday 1 March and an adjoining conference program will take place over the 3-day market.

Promoting the concept of a new “Silk Road”, this year’s DISCOP ISTANBUL program will feature for the first time SPOTLIGHT ON CENTRAL ASIA, a one-day program (28 February) that will include an overview of Central Asia’s television marketplace, provide insights on local co-production andinvestment opportunitiesngside, and present the region’s main content development, production, creative and distribution players.

The program will also feature a one-day program on THE RENAISSANCE OF ARABIC CONTENT  (29 February). In the wake of the Arab spring, this 2-part, 4-hour informative program will consist of 4 sessions providing insights on the reasons why Middle Eastern and North African homegrown tales do so well at home, and abroad.

Finally, this year's DISCOP ISTANBUL will dedicate its last day of conferences programme to the FUTURE ON ONLINE CONTENT DISTRIBUTION IN EMERGING MARKETS (1 March).
