WHERE & WHEN

- DISCOP EAST will take place at the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL located at ROOSEVELT TER 2, in Budapest, Hungary. More information can be found at www.sofitel-budapest.com very easily.

- The opening hours of the market are:

• Wednesday 23 June – from 9 AM to 6 PM
• Thursday 24 June – from 9 AM to 6 PM
• Friday 25 June – from 9 AM to 4 PM.

- MARKET BADGES and SHOW BAGS will be made available from Tuesday 22 June at 3 PM at the REGISTRATION & INFORMATION CENTER of the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL. Be aware that 22 June IS NOT A MARKET DAY and it is exclusively reserved for the set-up and the pre-registration! All participants are required to wear their individual MARKET BADGE at all times.

CHECK-IN AND SERVICES ON THE SHOW

- Additional company representatives can be registered on site at the cost of:

• 300 € for a qualified VISITOR

- Payment of PAST DUES and ON SITE BOOKINGS must be made by credit card or in cash only in the REGISTRATION & INFORMATION CENTER. Stamped invoices and receipts will be provided on site.

- Following the pick-up of the MARKET BADGES, SCREENING SUITES and VIEWING BOXES will be accessible from Tuesday 22 June at 3 PM. Keys to SCREENING SUITES will be handed out at the RECEPTION DESK / LOBBY LEVEL of the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL against a credit card-backed guarantee to pay for room service charges, if any /single and double screening suites included/. A credit card-backed guarantee will be required for EACH COMPANY sharing a SCREENING SUITE.

The Sofitel Chain Bridge Hotel's Reception WILL NOT GIVE ANY KEYS for the Screening Suites for the participants who still have unpaid invoices due to the DISCOP Organization.

- NON-EXHIBITING SELLERS will be provided with a designated table in the NON-EXHIBITORS AREA / BASEMENT LEVEL.

- The VALET MEETINGS CENTER  will be open each day of the market from 8:30 AM until the end of the market day and will be managed by Mrs. Ming Fen LEE / Meetings Organisation Manager and her team of RUNNERS.

- FREE INTERNET ACCESS will be available at the VALET MEETINGS CENTER.

- WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS is available in the rooms and in the public area of the hotel as well and is billed by the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL directly at an approximate cost of 11 € per day. It must be requested at the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL’s BUSINESS CENTER / LOBBY AREA.

- CABLE INTERNET CONNECTION is available in the hotel rooms / 20Mbyt/s/ and billed by the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL directly at an approximate cost of 11 € per day. It must be requested at the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL’s BUSINESS CENTER / LOBBY AREA.

- From 23 to 25 June, DISCOP EAST participants will have access to the TERRASE RESTAURANT / MEZZANINE LEVEL located in the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL. The opening hours of the restaurant are from noon to 2 PM. A buffet lunch will be provided at the cost of app. 25 € including mineral water and coffee.

- Most social functions will take place at the GERBEAUD HOUSE located within walking distance from the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL. Less than 5 minutes by foot. The updated program will be available at the end of May at www.discop.com.

FOR EXHIBITING SELLERS ONLY

- VIEWING BOX AREAS will be located on the BASEMENT LEVEL and the MEZZANINE LEVEL.

- VIEWING BOXES will be delivered with:

• one table and four chairs
• a TV set and a multizone DVD player
• a stand-up panel board (200X95cm) with your company signage
• headphones

- SCREENING SUITES will be located on the MEZZANINE LEVEL, on the FIRST, SECOND, THIRD and FOURTH LEVELS.

- SCREENING SUITES will be delivered with mini-bar and telephone facilities except in the suites that are shared between two companies and in the suites located on the MEZZANINE LEVEL. Should need a mini-bar and a telephone in the shared screening suite please, follow your request directly to Miss Lilla SZEKELY h3229-sl6@accor.com in the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL. Suites cannot be used overnight.

- SCREENING SUITE will be delivered with:

• company signage (one signage listing 2 companies in the shared suites)
• one table and four chairs (one set per company for shared suites)
• a TV set and a multizone DVD player (one set per company + headphones for shared suites)

- Extra equipment must be ordered and paid for BEFORE 9 June and requests must be forwarded to Anna BALKOVA / Logistical Manager annabalkova@basiclead.com / T + 33 1 42 29 29 53.

FREIGHT SHIPPING INFORMATION

- Each DISCOP EAST  participant is fully responsible for all shipments made to and from the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL and The DISCOP Organisation can under no circumstances be held responsible for shipping problems.

- In order to allow enough time for customs clearance procedures, it is imperative to ship all marketing material within 15 days before the market and must be delivered to the hotel by Thursday 17 June at the latest!  Please, mark your boxes clearly as follows:

- All shipments sent via FEDEX, TNT or DHL or any other courier can be claimed in the REGISTRATION & INFORMATION CENTER only. For those who are using these shipping companies it is STRONGLY advised to contact MASPED EXPO Kft./ before sending the boxes to Budapest. This company is in charge of the customs clearance of the packages needed to be delivered to the SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE Hotel. The SOFITEL CHAIN BRIDGE HOTEL is NOT IN CHARGE of the local customs clearance.
