I AM A REGISTERED BUYER AT DISCOP MARKETS. HOW CAN I HAVE ACCESS TO THE FULL-LENGTH VERSIONS OF THE PROGRAMS?
All registered Buyers can access the full-length version of a program whenever it is available. Click on the button on the top side of the player.
I AM NOT A REGISTERED BUYER AT DISCOP MARKETS. CAN I STILL ACESS DISCOP CLUB?
Yes, of course.
However, you won’t be able to watch full-length version or episode of the programs, as these are restricted screenings available exclusively to Registered Buyers.
You won’t be able to get help from the PERSONAL SHOPPERS.
are THERE MOR PROGRAMS PRESENTED AT A DISCOP MARKET THAN WHAT I SEE ON DISCOP CLUB?
Yes, there are more programs presented at a DISCOP Market. The reasons are that a Vendor may have registered at the last minute and was not ready on time to upload his content ; a Vendor may have not a trailer available ; a Vendor may have not sent us the video files etc.
We make our best to showcase the largest selection of content. You will notice that week after week, month after month, there are much more programs. We will keep you posted about the new arrivals.
I’M NOT ABLE to attend the Discop Market, I see a content I would like to buy how can I meet the Vendor?
If you don’t attend the DISCOP Market, obviously you won’t be able to meet face to face with the Vendors. However, our PERSONAL SHOPPERS can put you in contact with the Vendors (only if you are a registered Buyer).
I’m interested in buying a program after the market has ended, how do I get in contact with the vendor?
Ask a PERSONAL SHOPPER to arrange a phone call and communication with the Vendor.
HOW CAN I FILTER THE TYPE AND GENRE OF PROGRAMS I AM LOOKING FOR?
On the left side of DISCOP CLUB there is a very user-friendly search engine. Simply check your criteria and you will be shown the corresponding programs.
WHAT CAN I ASK A PERSONAL SHOPPER?
You can ask for more information about any content, along with a suggestion of other contents.
You can request to schedule your meetings with the Vendors - before and during a Market.
You can ask to arrange phone call and communication with the Vendor in between Markets.

WHEN I AM DONE WITH MY WISH LIST OF PROGRAMS, HOW CAN I SCHEDULE A MEETING WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE VENDORS?
Contact a PERSONAL SHOPPER using the Chat Window. He or she will be available to respond to your request, give you additional information about the programs, and schedule meetings ahead of the upcoming DISCOP Market.

Yes. The content that Sellers and Producers showcase are available for 12 months. The PERSONAL SHOPPERS will be ready to answer your questions or select the type of content you are looking for at any given moment.
