BADGES PICK UP

You can pick up your badge at the registration desk from 19 November 3pm until 6pm and each day of the market from 9am to 6pm.
Access to restricted areas is only permitted to accredited delegates who are in possession of their market badges.

The DISCOP Organization does not replace lost or misplaced market badges, and a replacement fee of US$100 (one hundred US Dollars) applies for reissue. Please be mindful of your market badge, and double-check you are in possession of it before leaving your hotel or social event.

Market badges are for personal use and are non-transferable. Market badges will only be handed to delegates in possession of their business card and/or personal identification.

Only delegates representing companies who have paid all of their exhibiting, advertising, hotel and sponsorship dues to the DISCOP Organization can access the event. Partial payment does not constitute agreement to release partial contractual agreement. On-site payments will be accepted in cash (CFA or USD).
